It's located just behind the glovebox. (could be an accumulation/collection of leaves debris that falls in from the front windshield ventilation screen area and settles inside the cabin filter compartment)
The blower motor which is under the glovebox in the passenger footwell is making that sound. Remove the panel under the glovebox and verify the noise iscoming from the blower motor.
