it's time for me to renew my register my car and i needed a smog, so i go and everythings fine but the check engine light doesn't come on???? i take it to my dad's shop and pull out my dash and what do i find??? the light blub and socket are gone?????? i have no idea why they did this and it just adds to a long list of problems and headache's they caused me, for example they were supposed to rewire my door sills due to my car accident, i pulled it apart and it's still the same wiring jimmydagreek and I did!!!! all they did was put some tape around the lose part...... charged me 450 and wired my side mirror wrong..... so now when i push my hazzad light nothing works???????? and to top if off they charged me 220 to check my battery, they said they changed it but i checked and it's still my oringal battery........... i am in the middle of filing a complaint to the (bar) and wrote a letter to the general manager and mercedes benz main headquarters in jersey.....


always make sure you guys check out what they do...........

The reason why people go there in the first place is probably cuz they don't know what to do or think they can do it better.........so there's got to be some reliance and an element of trust....In other words, how can most customers check out what they do and in fact, should they even do it since they paid for "premium" service? Dang, if they cannot be trusted, who can we trust and why should we pay a premium for their "service"?

Sorry to hear that Alex, yeah, make sure you esculate this issue and hopefully they'll learn from the experience....and I hope you were properly "compensated" by the chick who caused all this in the first place:p

lawyers are soo lazy.....i hope she pays for it too, damn *****, heheh, can't let 16-17 years drive.........i think the thing is that a "fixed up" might be hard for the dealer to work on but then again if they didn't want to do it then say so, i wouldn't care, i only went there because i had too.......i'm lucky my dad's got a shop or else i wouldn't know either but getting ripped off isn't cool....... and i told them i am prepared to picket outside, go to the local channels to get my story out........i've already got jacked over by the bodyshop and i'm working on that case but in america everything takes time, (i'm not patient)...........

jimmy, thanks..........i kinda had to becasue they had to take off everything and charged me 850 just to take a look at it........ that's a rip, i have the invoice right here and i went through it and theres so much more but i don't wanna get into it..

South bay mercedes.... problem is they got all new people there now since they opened the other place in manhattan beach, i know so many people there....very nice people and they help you out even if you don;'t have a vin number.....
