E320 wagons
1999 E320 wagon vin # WDBJH82F2XX026872

lost all interior functions (windows, radio, sunroof, etc). Now key also. Battery was low from draw of interior lights not going off and rear wiper.
Charged battery back to 100% now is blowing fuse #19 (20 amp)

any suggestions where to start ?

You have a bit of diagnostics to do----rear fuse slot 19 for your VIN protects the following systems;
RW defroster
Central locking system
Anti Theft
Interior motion sensor
I'd start with the defroster!
