blower not woking

2003 w210 e320 wagon. blower motor was noisy, so I replaced the motor. Fan didn't run. I checked the resister and got 7.71 M ohm resistance from the ground to each of the contacts. So I thought the fan regulator was gone and when I put the new one on, still no fan. Karl
the new one has .470 m ohm, 160 K ohm and 152 K ohm

All I know is that the blower voltage requests are preformed by the AC control module. If the resister and fan are new, then the issue is with the AC control module.
