Back left turn signal not working

I have a 2001 E43. My back left turn signal not working. It flashes super fast in front and on the mirror but not at all in the back. The light bulb is good. I switched the, for lack of the actuall name, the bulb socket from the other side to see if that was it, still didn’t work. I hate gettyhonked at on the freeway for not signaling. 😂😳.
Also wondering, my horn is out. Is it a fuse or the fact my control
panel is going? Thanks!

Reading your info literally, if you only swapped the bulb socket between right and left but you left the
bulb on the same side which you initially deemed defective, that doesn't conclude anything. It is important
that you try moving the same bulb which you have identified as not lighting up (left turn) over to the right
hand side. do this once without swapping the colored socket and once by swapping the plastic socket
and report back.
