2000 E430 Side Mirror clips

2000 E430 Side Mirror clips
2000 E430 right side mirror mysteriously "fell" off the vehicle and smashed to the ground, breaking into pieces. I purchased a replacement glass but it did not come with the required metal clips (2 req'd). Does anyone know where I can get the clips or at least a part number?

When I purchased a side mirror for my W210, the fastener clip and the two metal guides came with it. They were not mounted on the mirror and were wrapped in paper so I didn't see them at first.
