E55 muffler swap on E430: any difference?

What’s up W210 enthusiasts,
I’m looking to mod my exhaust system for a more sporty sound, so I’m planning on swapping out the stock muffler. I see a lot of videos of people swapping the w210 e55 muffler into their e430s, but they have done other mods to the exhaust as well so I can’t tell how much the e55 muffler single handedly affects the exhaust sound. Has anyone on here done this mod? If so was it worth the money or are you better off buying a different aftermarket muffler? Thanks for reading!

I'd try removing the resonator first. If it's not loud enough then maybe give the E55 muffler a go.
