E320 CDI Bad Voice
hello.
I am george,from georgia (country). I do not know English well, but I will try to tell you my problem.
The car has a 4-5 seconds bad sound after starting engine.
i have changed oil and filter (5X40). 2000 km after change,but he had this voice before oil change.

so,Anyone can help me ?
someone tell me this is oil problem.oil will not rise quickly ?

I believe the reason are valve tappets.
