here are some pix of the trunk I have been promising everyone about. These are night shots. I will take some day shots when I put in my Alpine CHA-S634.

Nice system, IMO you could have used smaller LCDs for the rear passengers, I think that would have looked better.
Really nice set up in the trunk, I like those JL amps, are those the new W7 subwoofers? They are going to blow your ears and may be your windows, make sure to re-tighten every single bolt in the car a year from now! LOL

ACtually I wanted the 7" widescreen in the rear, but it would never fit. Even the 6.5" widescreen doesn't fit. So I had to settle for the 5.6"

This is a 98 E430.

Yes those are the new JL W7. 2x10". They hit REALLY hard. I have to take my car back for them to re-enforce the roof. They need to brace it. The amps are killer, I haven't seen anything that pull so much power. It is turning off my car! So I am going to add a 15 farad The C.A.P also.

I just received my Alpine CHA-S634 today in the mail, so I'll be adding it soon. Will post new picture of the passenger side trunk panel once it is in.

Are you serious??? :p

Check this out... though the topic is more generic, some theories may apply to your car's electrical system.

Very cool system but man you don't want to park this car in the wrong neighborhood. Can be a headache.
