2002 E430 electrical problems
Hello All,
I am new to this forum and need some advise. My 2002 E430 lost several electrical functions yesterday - horn, windshield wipers, windows, turn signals and door locks, but there was no check engine light and I have not found any burned out fuses. Now most everything is working again but the windows are sporadic. I don't know what to check and I don't want to spend big bucks to take it to a mechanic to diagnose. Any suggestions?

If the console switch is "sporadic" meaning it seems how-you-press-it - but somehow on occasion it does work for each window - then "sometimes" it can be caused on spilled contamination - or simple contact wear/corrosion.
If you think this is what is happening - what "sometimes" works - is a $9 bottle of MAF cleaner with it's thin tube - with a cloth protecting the wood trim - use the thin spray tube to spray cleaner as best you can into the narrow "gap" between the actual switch part and its plastic holder (not between the holder and the wood veneer) - and when spraying move that same switch back and forth to work the cleaner into the switch contact.
