Show me your headliners
My 2001 W210 is showing some age with a rear sagging headliner and annoying rattling. What the trick with removing the headliner in these cars? What material has been used in the repair process if you have replaced yours? I am thinking I should go ahead and replace the entire fabric and foam.

Out Of Control!!
If you are looking for a coney island fix, search the internet for headliner repair tabs. Now if you want to repair the headliner correctly and have it look smart, you are correct then replace the complete headliner, however if you dont have the patience there are headliner replacement services in the yellow pages---if nothing else you will have a quote for the replacement.
You may get some advice for some of the ole world folks who may suggest a spry can of headliner adhesive. I would take that type of advice similar to buying a barge pole!
