??No Fuel Delivery/No Glow PLug Light??
Car sat for a week before this happen. Motor spins over normally but will not start. I noticed that the glow plug light will not come on at all and I have verified that there is no fuel being delivered to the main filter in turn no fuel at the injectors either. I have verified that there is 12v at the GP relay box. What controls the injection pump electrically? Will a defective Glow Plug relay keep the car from starting altogether? I don't think its coincidence that the GP light and the fuel delivery is not working properly at the same time but IDK. Just for some back story, the injection pump was rebuilt about 6 months ago along with replacing all the injectors. Has ran fine since. I came back from vaca to this issue.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depends on the temperatures, the engine should start with no GP after some cranking.
But you are saying no fuel at the filter? The engine sure will not run on air.
You need to get your fuel system fixed and since you had pump rebuild 6 months ago, that would be fist suspect. I hope all fuel tubings were replaced?
