Have you tried procedure in the last link provided?

Wait if i understand it right , i have to take the module from under driver seat and replace with the one from under passenger seat ? Is that what this guy just did ??

Here is an update , i disconnect the battery in the morning and just came home , reconnect and steering column adjustment IS WORKING AGAIN !! i cant belive it , seat bottom works in a good direction as i press the switch , only mirrors doesnt work , no idea how to fix it ????

I checked all the fuses and they ok i suspect this thing on the picture
