Good day everyone,

i have a w210 2001 e200 kompressor, I bought a smaller supercharger pulley 10mm smaller and installed it, can’t feel any power increase though, but what I’m currently facing is the alternator is overcharging the battery and the battery acid started leaking! What should I do ?

The smaller kompressor pulley makes it so the alternator pulley gotta compensate for the missing travel on the new pulley you mounted. Your alternator revs faster. Got the kleemann boost kit for my e200kompressor. A bigger ring for the crank pulley and a bigger pulley for the alternator to outlign the rpm on the alternator. This makes the kompressor gain more rpm with the original pulley.

Anyone have a video on how to remove the alternator out of a 2011 e200 or even a diagram on how to do so?
