Underdrive pulley upgrades?

I replaced one of the three underdrive pulleys (the alternator one, I think) with a 15mm larger, much lighter upgrade recently. Evosport sells them as a set of three I understand and claims 7-13hp gain for a 320 (with all three replaced). I've been told the car still has to "learn" the new set up for a couple of hundred miles before it is fully effective and so far I've not experienced a big difference, except maybe a slightly smoother acceleration. Does anyone know if I should be expecting any noticeable difference with just one replaced?

Just in case someone would like to know, Ben of Evosport (mach430) estimated that only one pulley would yield 1/3, maybe less of the 13HP gained from the 3 pc kit they sell - makes real sense. Looks like I'll be needing the other two to get a decent boost

The Pullies Work!
When I Did My Pullies I did a Dyno Before and After..The gains are there!
The Car does NOT have to relearn ...As My Dyno pull had the gains!

Mark, I assume you did all 3, unless you didn't get it from Evo?

Yes, Evo's pullies do work...the dyno registered min. gains but quite a noticeable pull at the stoplight.
