Question about a possible member's car

I own a 2002 E430 and my car was recently hit leaving damage on the front bumper. Instead of replacing the bumper with the OEM, I wanted to take this chance to upgrade. Looking online I saw this car wondering if anyone knew the modifications that were performed to get the car to how it looks.
Below is a link showing pictures of the car I am talking about.

Ricky,
I will not look right. It will look downright goofy:

The AM bumper in the photo is much wider than oem. Goofy looking with the ends of a new AM bumper extending further out than your front 1/4 panels.
Then need to ADD flares to all 4 corners. More $$$. You then need to match the rear bumper to match wheel well flares. more $$.
Then you'll need to purchase wide wheels, matching replacement tires to "fill in the gap". more $$$
Did I mention you will probably need some extra hardware to bolt on that AM bumper and most likely some modifications (something AM sellers never disclose - except perhaps "modifications may be required")
Oh yes, I forgot, the rocker panel covers need to be replaced to match too.
And painting....
And then resale value??? I wont go any further.

By the time you've spent all this $$$ you have, you could have found yourself a decent E55 without any mods.

Stick with oem, imho, if you're going to replace it.

I am looking for a new look for my car. It does not have to be like that one. Do you know any decent looking bumpers to replace or is the OEM going to be my best bet.

It's in the eye of the beholder.
Google is your best friend.
Immerse yourself into some RE-search - "w210 face-lift front bumper covers" or similar

So on ebay is a Lorinser front bumper that might give you are different look, otherwise you could attempt a w211 style look
