2001 E430
My e430 exhaust
Hello everyone! I'm not sure how to start this but, I've had my Mercedes E430 for about 10 years now. I love this car with a passion and I don't want to get rid of it until it's on it's last legs. A few upgrades I have already looked into but, I need some suggestions from the forums for this next one. As you all may know, the 2000 e430 did not come with chrome exhaust and I was thinking about adding one to mine. If anyone has any suggestions or pictures that would be awesome!
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hey man, welcome to the forum. It's good to see another passionate W210 lover haha.
I have my SuperSprint exhaust for almost 4 years. Quality is superb with no rusting at all. It is still in a mint condition. If you are looking for a rumble but not ricey coffee can sound, this is your exhaust.

RENNtech has one or two left on Ebay $600
its basically a remus sport (made by sebring, it has the sebring trademark on the underside) with renntech tips. i dig mine.
i have stock body kit; i made a cutout for the tips, looks great, sounds even better.
hit me up for a photo

Another option is to modify the OE muffler. Theres a thread by a guy in germany who opened his up and gutted it, put some rockwool or something in there, and remounted it. Sounds really good, theres an audio file or video he posted. Tips would be very simple to fabricate, or one could buy tips and weld them on. Since i still have my oe muffler im gonna give it a shot. My renntech is a sport muff, i wouldmt mind having a raunchier "race" sound occasionally.

Supersprint Exhaust
Hello,
Was your car an E430? Love the look of your tail pipe tips - would the supersprint exhaust tips hit my rear bumper? I have 2002 E430.
Thanks,

It is a E320. I have adjusted and raised the muffler a bit then trimmed around the bumper to give it a E55 look.
LOL. I do come back once in a blue moon. The 210 has been a garage queen and I only drive it once every few months. Hope you guys are doing well.

you'd think we would be out enjoying our rides :-) my 99 E320 is under a cover in the garage with a trickle
charger connected. i bring it out when it isn't raining every few months (in Seattle, yeah, right). it has about
64k on the odometer. I drive the truck most of the time or the motorcycle. our toys, our babies
