I was given a 1999 e430 Sport. Low miles. The problem is the transmission is in the trunk. Do I rebuild it or buy a used one? I'm more use to my E350. It's cheaper to rebuild this 1999 one. I will replace the plugs and wires. It was sitting for 2 years. I will drop the tank and new fuel filter. Is there anybody who can direct me on good decision making? I would love to rebuild this vehicle. I can work on the 2010 and up models. Any guidance would be helpful. TY.
