rattle noise when engine is warm

rattle noise when engine is warm
hi everyone,
i am trying to fix my mother's 2002 MB E320. She is on fixed income and there's not much money laying around for her to take the car to the dealership. Here is the problem she is having. Video below:
After driving around and when engine temperature reaches it's operating temperature, the car make off beat rattle noise. not steady nor rhythmic. when i give it gas in park, noise goes away. rattling noise only come when idling after engine is hot.
So far, may I thought it was belt tensioner and idle pulley and i just installed new ones this morning and it still makes rattling noise. Someone says checked the cats, and i hit it with dead impact hammer and i do not hear any clutter of rattle inside both cats.
Noise i'm hearing best to my hearing is coming from the front passenger. Any input or ideas will be greatly appreciate it.
