Turbo-ing N/A OM606

Hello all, before anyone jumps to the comments, yes I have heard of the search function, yes i've tried google, and yes I know the N/A motors aren't as strong as the turbo ones, i'm here because none of the threads I have found fit my particular situation.

With that out of the way, I recently picked up a '97 E300D (non-turbo OM606) for super cheap and while it is a smooth and comfortable daily driver, I've gotten a bit tired of how slow it is.
I managed to source a factory turbo and exhaust manifold from a '98 E300TD for cheap and I'm figuring out what I'm going to need to make it work.
I'm not looking for huge power here, all I want really is the same power as a stock turbo OM606 or maybe a tad more if possible.

My questions are:

1) Is there any way to increase fueling with the stock pump on my N/A engine? I know the '98-99 TD guys can use the evry mod for this but I don't believe I can because as far as I can tell the N/A cars don't have a MAF sensor. If there is another way to manipulate the signal for the electric control of the pump I'd love to know.

2) Where do the factory turbo cars get their oil feed from for the turbo? If its something that also exists on the N/A motor I'd rather not reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.

3) If I cannot increase the fueling on my stock pump and have to switch to one from an OM603, will that cause any issues with the rest of the driveline? (Other than a CEL) I read somewhere that switching to a mechanical pump required someone to use an arduino to control the transmission, so stuff like that I would like to be aware of.

Thanks in advance!

If you only had access to MB WIS and after a months reading you would quickly learn that what you are trying to accomplish is not possible. You are much better off purchasing a 300TD vehicle and donating your pig to the red crescent

while I'd certainly love to just get a 300TD, they are not cheap around here and I have a total of maybe $900 into my N/A model and the turbo. So i'm just going to see what happens, thanks for the advice though.
