Looking for a valve cover for my 97 E320 I6. I would guess that a 95 or 96 would fit.

You might also try your local junkyard to see if there might be one there that's still in good condition. You need to go 96 or newer as W210 production started for the 96 model year. 95 was still the previous W124 model and will be less likely to be a good fit for your car.
