I recently bought a 1999 E320 Mercedes with 113,000 miles. But the AC isn’t blowing cold air now. Anyone who can help me figure out the issue? I greatly appreciate it and glad to be here!

try scrolling down to "air conditioning" and/or "climate control" to read up on diagnostic techniques. you have an onboard
diagnostic feature on your dash. you should trigger that and read / write down the codes
