Car start high pitch noise when very engine 95-ish degrees - 1999 E300 TurboDiesel
Hi everyone
I live in Spain.. it gets a bit hot here. Plus my heavy foot, on 30-35C outside, easy to stop the car with engine at 90C
Noticed if I stop for 5 minutes to drop something off, as expected I start the car with a few degrees higher engine temperature.
At the end of the engine start sequence, there is a high pitch noise for 1-3/4 seconds, then stops.
If I stop the car and start again, no more noise.
Some valve or hose somewhere is leaking from pressure.
Any input helps!
PS: I do alot of start stops, car is 1999 but with only 65000km. I had the starter motor replaced just to be safe...problem still there.

Out Of Control!!
you can help locate the noise by opening the hood you put your nose inside the engine compartment and then have someone start the car-------which part of the engine do you think the noise comes from
