Question s210 Wagon metal scraping noise right after I fixed coil packs

So I recently purchased a second s210 E320 wagon because I wanted one with 4matic. When I bought the car it was misfiring on cylinder 5. I ordered the parts (coil pack, plugs, wires) and fixed the misfire, started it up and it ran fine no ticking clanging, or any peculiar noises, it basically was running fine. I decided I would drive it around the block to make sure everything was running fine. Halfway down the street (about 200 feet) it started sounding like I was dragging part of the exhaust behind me so I looked under the car and oil has started coming out of the rear of the engine or transmission. This metallic noise only happens in drive (first and second gear). It does not drip oil at all during idle or when off. Only when in first or second gear (reverse works perfectly fine no noises). This also only started happening after I fixed cylinder five. The next time I restarted it cylinders 2, 4, 5, and 6 were all throwing misfire codes. I don't think this is not related to what I fixed on the car. Unsure of what I should do at this point. Considering parting out the car now and looking for another one.
