1997 e320 creaking/groaning sound when turning steering then completely locked
My 1997 e320 sedan started making squeaking/groaning noises suddenly when I was driving. By the time I drove it back to the parking the steering got very very hard, like the power steering stopped working and I noticed lines of oil leaking from the car (pic attached). When I look under the car, there is some oil dripping from one of the hoses/pipes. Could some please help me identify which one and help me fix it? I currently am unable to turn the steering to drive to a mechanic even if I could afford the labor charges.
The reservoir got completely drained out and today I topped it off with Pentosin CHF 11S but as soon as I started the engine it started dripping and I took a video and highlighted where the leak is coming from.
Also does the fact that I cant move the steering mean that the pump has gone bad. If thats the case, I might have to wait multiple months before I can think about fixing it
Additional info:
Last oil change on Dec 27, 2021 (after 15 months of inactivity) included a power steering fluid topup. They also said Engine valve cover is leaking oil slowly.
Break lining wear warning on dash for about 4-5 months now
Since mid June, the car has been vibrating/shaking heavily when going over 60, some posts say it needs a replacement of transmission mounts, but they also say it could be other things related to break or something. I kept driving hoping to get it fixed after saving money. AC stopped working around the same time. It was super hot in California at that time
Sometimes ABS and ETS defective warning comes on dash, especially after driving long (Brake light switch?)
Check engine electronics on dash for the last 2 months or so
