It make the sound of the Bose system acceptable with fuller sound and base. The installation is Quick & easy. It is a plug and play type of installation. I bought one for $350.00 including S/H from the Eurooimo ==> Steve. The product arrived about 10 days after my wife ordered it. It was mailed from Holland, so I think it got here in CA rather quick. 
The unit I received may have a little problem. 
I am still testing it. If it does indeed have problem, I will contact Steve and find out how the 90 warranty will work. So far, it was great deal with Wanda (Steve's big sister). She was great in helping my wife with the order and give her help when asked. :p If you are interested
