I’ve got a 2001 W210 E430.
New radiator, power steering line, trim replaced here and there, etc. Was riding nice for months. Let my mom borrow the car for 2 days as hers was down. This morning she turns the key and lights are on but no click, crank, nada. Found this fuse blown and replaced it.
Turn key and cranks right up but now BAS/ESP light and check engine on. Car would not leave park. Turned car off and repeats earlier issue, fuse blown again. What in the world is going on out of the blue?
could be all sorts of things that members will comment on but wont solve the problem why because most dont have a clue about the car.
what most sensible folks will do is define the problem correctly by using an appropriate diagnostic tool then fix the problem.
if you want my WFG without a tool,I think one of your lug nuts may be loose.
???what? Going to be honest, I though I attached the images with the codes I scanned (if that’s what you are referring to) but here it is. WFG?

Start with STAR/Xentry or equivalent as it greatly simplifies troubleshooting. If still not sure, pull fuse and disconnect any modules. See if hot wire is shorted to chassis. If not, begin plugging in modules until fuse blows again.
Personally, I would like for Mercedes to spend big bucks training me. Until then, I read, research, study, and analyze. And attempt to assist others without being condescending
