My w210 engine coolant get cooled ?
My car is w210 ,2000 facelift E320, when I turn on the climate control on front windshield defrost , it blows very hot water on front windshield , if the engine temp indicator is at 95c , it gets down it to 85c , it's great but how this happens and why ? And another question please , how can I turn on coolant fan through climate control without turning on the AC just front fan , i heard it is possible ?? Waiting ur answers thanks.

I have many more questions than answers but my first thought is if the heater/fan is blowing water onto the inside of your windshield, the heater core may have sprung a leak and blowing coolant, or, a drain hose is clogged.

Out Of Control!!
My thoughts exactly!!
However if you are talking about the aux fan and turning that on---you cant---its turned on when coolant temps exceed default software settings----or WTF are you talking about

Out Of Control!!
Be patient as what you need to do is first go to the stickies and look for the AC control fault and flap test----do the tests and report the data as then we will all be talking to the same data

when you press the defrost button, the fan turns on HIGH, the climate control directs most of the heater air to the windshield. so it sounds as though it is working as designed.
if you only want ambient temperature fan assisted air (not hot air....not AC cooling air but just like outdoors temperature air) simply turn adjust the "-" or "+" and adjust the temperature lower...but not "LO" (which activates the AC)

(further thought)
that will draw outside air into the car as non-AC ventilation. be sure you don't press the button to the RIGHT of the defrost button. That has the picture of the side of the car with a curved arrow in the middle. That closes baffles so that outside air is not drawn in by the fan... and the fan only recirculates cabin air (which could get stale). When might the recirc air button be used? when you driving past a farm and the cows are saying hello to you in a smelly way. In such instances you may also consider activating the charcoal filter feature
