w210 High beam/ headlight wiring schematic/color codes ~ '99 E240 Avantgarde
Hello 👋
First time poster on this forum, so excuse me if this isn't the correct place for this; but i was wondering if anyone had the headlamp schematics for a '99 E240 avantgarde pre-facelift WITH bi-xenons? or atleast know the color code of the high-beams? i'm trying to latch onto that circuit for the ledbar and whatnot.
yes, as far as i'm aware, bi-xenon or xenon lamps weren't really a thing without facelift(atleadt not according to my google searches, finding replacement headlamps with xenon that fits pre facelift is hard), but mine had original xenon installed(with the auto leveler system) and its pre-facelift(date it rolled off the factory, features etc is pre facelift; side markers on the fender and pre-facelift bumpers, it does however also have headlamp washing system and built-in child seats; but i digress)
its not my first mercedes, or w210, but i thought before i try to cut into the original harness, i'd give this a shot, as xenon harness might be different from the old halogen system..
either way, i'm thankfull for all the help i can get, if there's any questions, just ask![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
this is the VIN number of the car; WDB2100611A865750
it was bought and used in germany and imported to Norway in 2002.

well, that gets me 1 step closer to finding what i need.
i've gotten to the point where i'll probably just look at the wires, guessing which goes to what from the thickness of the wire and then just use a multimetre to find what gets and what dosen't get power at certain times.
thank you though, for replying! i'm guessing there is no easy way of obtaining the "PE82.10P2000-99B" wiring diagram? :/
