ABS/ASR/ESP HYDRAULIC UNIT

Does anyone have any good information, such as pictures of the inside the pump or a diagram for the ABS/ASR/ESP HYDRAULIC UNIT pump motor part? I am trying to find info on the unit using my part numbers, but guugle results just wants to sell me another unit. I accidently broke off the ground bolt head and tried drilling it. I cannot take off the pump motor because the bolts are in there and refuse to come off. I'm not going to fight and possibly break or strip them. I'm looking for an alternative to buying another one since this is still good. Just information, I'm not buying another unit. Can anyone please offer any information as to how to proceed and any diagrams or pictures of the ABS unit and/or pump itself? If the screw that I broke is connected to something else inside the motor, I do not want to try and take it out and possibly damaging the unit any further. 1997 Mercedes Benz E420 Bosch part# 0 265 202 026 Mercedes Part# A 000 430 25 07 I have attached 2 pictures for clarification. Thank you very much.

I am no expert on MB and not too sure if this will work since I only have your pictures to go by.

But stop whatever you're doing. You can either: solder a wire to the broken bolt, or you can try screw in smaller screw and have a ground wire attach to the screw. Both is rather easier said than done. Is the broken ground bolt touching the body? If so, You can try attach a ground wire to body itself. This usually work to most of the motor when the whatever motor is using the body as ground. One may say" then why there's a ground wire coming out?". This usually happens when the motor is attached to some kind of rubber insulation to dampen the vibration.

In any case, if you have a multimeter with continuity check, you should be able to tell. You can try test light, but you need some kind of low voltage going through.

Whatever you do, make sure you have the ground wire secured. You don't want that wire coming off while you're driving.

My apologies for the late reply. Your recommendation worked. The ABS Unit works and is functioning properly. Thank you for the reply.

I'm just wondering why no one has any schematics or information on this ABS/ASR/ESP Hydraulic unit. I've been able to get all schematics for the Lukas brake system, except for this unit.

Thanks for the help. Have a good day.
