Catalytic converter compatibility wagon/sedan/rwd/4matic

Hi, I have a 1999 E320 base model. I’m trying to source catalytic converters in order to pass CA smog. I see That I can get rebuilt converters for 4matics or wagons. Will these fit?

smart folks will refer to EPC and the mfg to see what part numbers are applicable for your VIN, but if not sure go for it as maybe all you will lose is 4 or 5 hundred bucks

Im aware the sedan and wagon have different part numbers, rwd and 4matic change that as well. The pipe routing could be different for rwd vs 4matic but I thought maybe the outlets would end up in the same place and bolt up.
