Hello friend I have 2004 w210 e240 v6 automatic . When I initially hit the accelerator the car goes a little high in rpm then a few seconds of lag then it become rocket . Is it normal or something abnormal .

Have you scan the car? Any code? Maybe your trans is slipping a little (well, more then a little)? Does it do in every gear? Warm or cold or doesn't matter? You need to be little more specific to us for any help.

Hi buddy I only feels the lag whenever I do hard acceleration , like I’m driving at a speed of 60km/hr if I suddenly press the accelerator then rpm goes a little up then after 1,2 sec car will speed up

Sorry dude. Again, not enough information. If you do not know what I mean, it's best that you take your car to shop or dealer and have them check it out. What I have stated in my first post is merely a example.
