2003 E320 Visit workshop battery light
I have a 2003 E320 with 59,000 miles. I replaced the auxiliary battery but the visit workshop light continues to come on as a malfunction. The main battery seems fine. Could anyone please tell me if you have to reset the computer after replacing the auxiliary battery and how? I appreciate any help.

I'd measure your battery.. alternator could be on its way out shortly

Both batteries are fine, alternator works as it should. Diagnostic computer doesn't show and fault codes. I would think the fault error would reset after driving for awhile but doesn't do that.
Does anyone know if there is a specific way to replace the auxilary battery ? I disconnected the main battery then replaced the auxilary and connected the main battery again.
Still can't figure out why the visit workshop light remains on.
