shift knobe

so it just twits off or is there a clip or screw?

to remove shift knob..turn the collar at base of shift knob handle counterclockwise one quarter turn, then lift up.....the whole knob should come up..

lets say i buy a replacment knob...lets say momo. will the momo knob fit?

Slight modification needed to stop the thinner top part of the shaft from wobbling around but its very simple. Also make sure you get one that has a hole which is deep enough (N.B. the outside length of the knob may be deceiving - measure the inside) to cover the ridges on the shaft.

This one's too short, it'll fit but the ridges on the shaft will show, unless you wanna cut the shaft or can live the bumps on the shaft.
