The LED bulb you installed is of such high efficiency that the car system believes the bulb to be malfunctioning.
You can use the internet to search for solution such as what size electronic resister to place in series with the new LED bulb, or
You can return the bulb to the seller and ask for a CANBUS compatible LED, or
Buy a new pair of LED bulbs that the seller guarantees will work with the CANBUS monitoring system
The bulb is much lower in resistance and CANBUS was designed back then to work with higher resistance halogen/filament bulb.
