How do you adjust Koni's shocks to soften up?

I have Koni adjustables on all four corners and want to soften up the front. I was wondering do you have to remove the front shocks and compress the piston to adjust the rebound? or can you do it while they are on the car? I'm making the front softer so I can have a bit more oversteer.
Thank you
Mario

off

sorry, the shocks will have to come off! I have mine set on soft at all four corners, even was at medium setting, they were too stiff. If you have it set soft will still remain factory comfortness and sports handling.

Kicker, thank you for the advice and just to make sure when looking down at the shock from above what direction do you turn the piston, clockwise or counter?

Whitey, thank you for the props. Your car is also very nice. I love the wheels.
