exhaust bracket

Just noticed today the rear bracket is broken and the pipe is hanging. Is this a common problem and can the bracket be replaced or welded?

If you talking about the ruber bracets you can buy them in a dealer.

If you're talking about the rubber hanger, you get one at the dealer. If you're taking about the metal hanger that is attached to the exhaust, just goto an exhaust shop and they'll weld it down together.
