Mirror plug

Our 98 E320 W210 has the electrical plug pictured below to connect the heated/dimmable mirror to the car's wiring. Other models likely use the same plug.

I am in process of repairing/replacing the mirror. The mirror side wires separated from the old mirror while removing. Not an issue because I am getting a new mirror, but I do need to use the car side of the plug.

I can't get it apart . Is there some trick to this, or should it just pull apart?

Additional photos showing all sides of the connector may help.

Looked up the parts diagrams for that connector and seeing 0325454028 , 0335451928 for part #'s. Unfortunately i'm not finding any photos of it online.

Usually the connectors pull apart, obviously. Some connectors have additional tabs you have to pull out to unlock it, the tabs are usually a different color like white so it stands out.

From the photo above i cant tell which side is what, the green kind of looks like the middle where they meet? In the square cutout it may look like grooves, maybe those are what keeps the connectors snapped in place?

The connector is back on the door, so can't get more pictures at present. It had nothing on other side, just rounded surface. Only clue on how to open is that rectangular opening. Doesn't move when pushed on hard. I looked up thos numbers and they seem to be the spade pin connectors that would be inside the housing. I tried searcing EPC and on-line MB sites, but they don'y show much whe it comes to electrical wiring components.

Anyway, moving on, I decided to buy a cheap replacement that doesn't have dimming (Amzon delivet just came!). It uses a different 2-pin socket. I will need to find something that fits! Or use two female push on crimp connectors if they fit!
