Brake
Hi, everyone
I just checked my brake yesterday, and found that the front rotors and pads need to be changed.
However, the rear rotors and pads are much better than the front, no lip seen on the rotors and <1/2 pad wear.
Anyone knows if is it normal?
I have the rotors and pads on hands, but still looking for good shop to change them, anyone knows good and cheap one in LA/Orange area?
BTW, should I change the SS lins? any suggestion? one shop told me the labor for changing it is $75?
Thanks,
Ben

It's very normal for the front to wear out sooner than the rear. The front bears the bulk of the braking job.
$75 for changing pads and rotors is a pretty fair price. Expect most shops to charge about an hour or so labor. It would be a good time to also ask them to bleed your brakes.
Changing to SS lines again would be a good time, but you're not going to gain much if this is just a normal daily driver. The benefits will be very low.
