Side markers
Definitely get the side markers changed to anything else but that hideous yellow/orange. I bought some paint from a shop down in LA and changed mine to silver.. but I may invest in the markers sold by evosport. Definitely get white for your car.. simple upgrade that makes a good deal of difference. I saw some clear markers being sold on Ebay too. Not sure how well they fit though.

Nice ride, dude! I agree with dumping the yellow front side marker lens. Getting ready to do that myself. Would look good lowered a bit, too.
I also removed my E430 badge from rear. Heat it up a bit in sun or with hair dryer, use dental floss carefully to separate emblem/adhesive from trunk lid. Clean up with WD40 or some type of paint-safe adhesive remover. Hit it with some good wax.

The Eibachs dropped the front and rear a little over an inch. The one bump pads took the front down another quarter inch or so. However, when I changed the shocks, the ride height increased almost 1/2"
