I just moved to Wisconsin and found out that they require front plates. My '98 E320 has the holes in the front bumper but I don't have the actual plate holder. The dealer is selling that part for way more than what I would like to pay. I have looked online at several different websites but none of them had it.

So does anyone have a front plate holder for a '98 E320 that I can buy?

Thanks!

i have a used one, that matches the white bumper strip. Here in CA i'm supposed to have a front plate, but i don't care for the look, so i'm, breakin' the law, breakin' the law.

is that your trim color?

Sorry forgot to mention the color, it's desert silver. I have attached a picture of the side-front view of the car. I actually wouldn't mind just black, not sure how the white would look.

Same color as our '01. the mount on ours is color matched, but black wouldn't look too out of place. White would be as bad as if it were lime green or purple IMO.

Take Your Car In For Service, And Get A Simple One For Free !
I needed a new licence plate holder, took the car in for service one day, and I told them to give me a new plate holder, and they did for free. Why? I get a plate holder, and I promote their dealership !

Interesting
Hmm... thats very interesting. I usually get the service done at other places because the dealer usually charges way more so I am thinking maybe I should go to the dealer this time. I guess I need to do some research.

Thanks 99E320_Bilal!
