Anybody replace a rear wheel bearing?

Anybody replace a rear wheel bearing?
Howdy,

Just got back from the garage after tracking down a weird noise coming from the rear passenger side wheel area.

Thought it was the wheel being out of balance, but after checking, looks like it's the wheel bearing.

So, has anyone attempted this or is this something better left for a shop to repair?

PS. I did search, but didn't see anyone have anything similiar...
