How do I access the tweeter in the door?

How do I access the tweeter in the door?
The tweeter in the door at the front of the window doesn't seem to be working. How do I access that speaker to check the connections? I've removed the door panel many times but don't recall seeing the wiring to that speaker, but I wasn't really paying too much attention to it.
