Good asking price for '01 E430 4matic w/ 40,000 miles??
I'm looking to sell my benz outright before i get raped on a trade-in. The car is an '01 E430 4-matic, black with black interior. Both interior and exterior are in excellent condition. Car just broke 40,000 miles. I currently have an aftermarket 2 year warranty on it. It has a few small glitches that i will be sending it into the dealer to get fixed, but other than that no problems. What's a good asking price to start you think??

dealer bid for my almost-identical 2002 MY with 30k miles was a little over $30K in october.
maybe you ask 30-32 see what happens? you wont get ripped there but likely have room to move a bit.
good luck , j.
