Missing fuses?

I was checking around in my trunk and found this fuse box next to the battery that appears to be missing some fuese. I am not sure if it is suppose to be like this or not, but the car runs fine with no problems. Can someone check their trunks to see if this is normal?

All cars don't have the same options, and even country of use can have some differences for specific features. If everything works, don't worry.

That is the way mine looks.. I have a PDF, I could email it to someone and they could put it up somewhere. It is 23 pages and contains the W211 networking for the car.
