The directional signal indicator(blinker light on the dash) does not light but I can hear the clicking and all exterior indicators light when turning.
Is there a common bulb that lights both the left and right, since each are affected?
(Same problem when I turn on the emergency flashers)
Is this an indication of something about to fail?
Anything that I can check out (and fix) before having to go to the dealer?
(I did search the archives, no similar problem found).

As an update, I finally took the car to the dealer. They fixed the problem by version coding. Now, the directional signal works, the high-beam headlight indicator works, all the system status lights work!!
The dealer said this was a first for them. They had never seen this problem before.
Also, they fixed the easy-entry problem. Now the seat moves back as the steering wheel moves when exiting or entering. YEA!
