05 MB Maintenance Plans?
Soon my 05 E500 will be due for its first scheduled service (no longer free), and I was thinking about the plans that MB offers. There is a 3 year, 39000 mi plan that gives you a Service A at 13,000, a service B at 26,000 and then another A at 39,000, for $904. There is also a 3 year, 39,000 mi plan that offers all of the above plus one set of front brake pads per year, a set of rotors every two years and one set of wiper inserts per year, for which the list price is $2086. Based on my dealer's prices for service, these don't sound so bad, but I thought I'd solict opinions from the board.
(I know I don't have to use the dealer, but they do good work and pick up and deliver, and generally treated me fairly).
Anyone done one of these or have any thoughts. If anyone's bought a plan, are the prices listed in the MB flyer negotiable?

Its a Mercedes plan. I have a printed MB brochure with plans for all 05 models, for 2, 3 or 4 years of maintenance.
