Exclamation No place for JACK!

I had put in the AMG side skirts that come with the E55 and now I had a flat tire and couldnt find a place to put the jack which comes with the through my car becasue the AMG side skirt dont come with the opening in the side skirts as the regular side skirts on standard E Class to be able to lift the car.

That is probably because the 2003 and 2004 AMG comes with the TireFit Kit and does not come with a spare.

"Il faut souffrir pour être belle"

Approximate translation: "Beauty requires sacrifice." Giving up the ability to change flats is a small sacrifice for the AMG look, no?

So what's a TireFit kit? A can of spray-in goo and a compressor?

Standard E500 does not have openings in side skirts...

I have the standard 2005 E500 and the jacking points are below the car. You do not access the jacking point by removing a cover on the side skirt. I believe the E500 uses the same jacking point "cups" as my SLK350. The SLK350 with AMG package uses the same jacking point cups as the non-AMG package body style. However, with the AMG package the skirts come down below the jacking points. You should not have any trouble with the jack supplied by MB to change a tire. However, with the AMG side skirts, you may need to adapt or modify your floor jack to raise the car without damaging the side skirt.
