This one is a service recall. A service recall is one that gets done on the next visit. The 2005060008 recall comes about because of messages on the cluster and the battery control unit (BCM) is reporting no problems but the battery is under-charged and the systems are turning off because of low voltage. The repair involves a flash of the BCM. If the flash fails during the operation, then the BCM becomes inoperable and is replaced.

Interesting - thanks. Might explain intermitten inflation of my seat bolsters and thigh support, and random changes in settings for the radio.
Hopefully I get my car back today - unless they replace the pano roof..
