2003 e320 hk system problem

Any of you guys have a problem with the harman kardon system. Every now and then the system freezes with the mercedes benz logo on the screen. I got the gateway replaced once but happend again. Went to the service salesperson and all he does is reboot the system. Any suggestions on what i should do? Its really annoying when they jsut reboot the god damn system.

System looses connection. I used to have this problem too, but the dealer fixed it. I don't recall what they did exactly, but there's a service bulletin for it.

Again after 1 week hk radio does not work!

A week ago the hk system was fine but now again it turns on but displays the mercedes benz logo. I am so pissed at Rallye because they always take the easy way by not doing anything . I am going to my service salesperson and complaining to the manager. Any ideas on what i should say? This is the fourth time i am going to service regarding this problem.

I'm very unimpressed with MB service advisors these days... they're basically recycled Chevy guys half the time.. Put your foot down, and say get it fix right this time, or get me an entire new system on your dime!

that should wake them up... and yes.. go to the top, at least the service manager, if not the GM.

Yea service sales do suck these days

Hahah yea These days service salespersons suck and always take the easy way. Yea i am going to the manager and going to demand them to fix it or change the whole h/k system. This is ridiculous on the way they treat us.
